The Greater Hamilton Chamber's Medical Marijuana Recommendations for Businesses
In light of recent changes to Ohio Medical Marijuana Law, the Greater Hamilton Chamber of Commerce strongly recommends that its members review their relevant employment policies and procedures. In particular, your drug testing guidelines should be evaluated to ensure they achieve the desired results while remaining in compliance with state and federal law.  You also may want to consult with legal counsel to assure that your policies and procedures
protect and support your desired culture and promote the workforce environment necessary for your business to succeed.
